By accessing or using the services of *CELT Educational Consultancy Center* (“CELT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

CELT provides educational consultancy and guidance relating to study-abroad opportunities, university and college admissions, scholarships, courses, documentation, and related services. While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, visa regulations, application deadlines, and institutional policies may change without prior notice.

CELT does not guarantee admission, scholarships, visa approval, employment, or any particular academic outcome. Final decisions regarding admissions, scholarships, visas, and enrolment are made solely by the relevant university, institution, government authority, or other third party.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and genuine information and documents. CELT is not responsible for delays, refusals, losses, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate information, incomplete documentation, missed deadlines, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any fees paid for consultancy or related services are subject to the applicable payment, cancellation, and refund terms communicated to the client before payment. Third-party fees, including university application, examination, visa, courier, insurance, or other charges, may be separate and are generally payable directly to the relevant provider unless otherwise stated.

All content, branding, logos, graphics, and materials belonging to CELT may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission.

CELT reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
